1. Linux network won't work my ethernet card.
My network card is an integrated ethernet. The kind that comes as a part
of the Intel motherboard.
I recently installed Linux 6.2 on a Dell Optiplex GX115. Everything went
well, except for the network. I cannot seem to connect to the network
via my ethernet card. I don't understand why either because the previous
attempt at installation was perfectly fi
When I type dmesg | less to look at the configurations, this is what I
get in the area of the network card:

interface. MII transceiver found at address 1,
status 24.

Enabling bus-master transmits and whole-frame receives.
Also, after typing in ifconfig, this is what I get:

Does anyone see anything wrong here? I can't figure out what's wrong.
When I run netcfg everything seems to be correct.
Do I need to point eth0 to some correct location of the driver? I
updated the driver so I'm not sure.
Please help.
