Is there a way I can determine the CPU clock frequency of a Sparc 10
runnnig Linux 2.2? /proc/cpuinfo gives:

I'd check out www.sunhelp.org and look for the FAQs or other info on the
ROSS processors.  The top item on that list is likely to be some sort of
ID for the proc.

at your boot prom prompt you can also type

module-info

and you'll get a list of the details about your cpu modules - speed, cache
size, bus speed etc. I _think_ the RT625 runs at 100MHz - mine do.

        RT625 and 626 refer to the cache controller.  625 is 256kb
        and 626 is 512kb, I think.

RT625 is the name used by the OpenBoot firmware for any
RT620-CPU-plus-RT625-cache-controller-plus-RT627-cache MBus module.
(ie: any HyperSPARC module).

There are HyperSPARC modules available at the following clock-speeds:

        55, 66, 72, 80, 90, 100, 110, 125, 133, 142, 150, 166, 180, 200 MHz

although not all of these are suitable for the SS10 (for heat or MBus-speed
reasons).
