I use VLB motherboard with a AMD 486DX2/80. Is it usefullt to uprade it to
a 486DX4/120. Is there any other pssibilty to upgrade my CPU?

To get some real advantage move to 586 or 686, otherwise the move will
not be noticable. If you have 50MHz setting on your MB try overclocking
your CPU. Some of them don't mind it. If it works well when you try for
short time put a fan on it and enjoy 486DX2/100.
Hope it helps.

I think you can buy an AMD 5x86-133 for about $45-50.  Without
changing any jumper settings, it should run at 160mhz on your
motherboard.  If for some reason it won't take 160mhz, you can set up
your motherboard to run it at 133mhz (same jumper settings as a
dx2/66).  My machine has been running safely at 160mhz for about 3
weeks now.  Good luck!
