RedHat 6.2 comes with Xfree86 3.3.6, which supports the Rage128 chipset
natively.  6.1 came with 3.3.5, which doesn't.  HTH,

I picked up an ATI Rage 128 w/16Mb before XFree 3.3.6 was released.  I opted to get
Xi's Accelerated X server.  It works great.  I've tried the 3.3.6 X server and it works but
I'm real happy with Xi and I'm keeping it.  FWIW.
