I use SUSE 6.3 on a very old PC chips board (VX pro I think) with a very
slow cyrix p133 and 16mb of memory, you can get it for about 30 on 6 cds,
it comes with loads of apps (star office, word perfect, blender, demo
games...) though there is some dodgy german translation but its not a major
problem. The only issue I had was installing the right kernel (486 instead
of a pentium) but you should have no probs if you have lots of ram and a
good graphics card, I think it has 3D support for TNT, 3DFX and Matrox.
