1. SMC card

Hello all!

Well with help from some from you I managed to get AHA2940 v1.21 working
so atleast it recognizes my adapter for SCSI.

Now next problem is I have SMC combo card.

What it says on card (on one CHIP there) is:

SMC UltraChip 83C790QF P

it is some 2.50QF bios I think

Well when linux boots from boot floppy I've got from someone here it shows
it is smc card and all seems ok, except...

when i do ifconfig to configure thernet and use route as well...

all goes ok, except...

when i check ifconfig alone to see if it is ok, there I get errors in RX part
so seems I can't get anything trough ethernet card.

I then pulled out card from another PC (WD ethernet) and I am able to
mount via NFS now.. I'll see if I can install linux now... but...

I would really wanna know if there is any chance I can get SMC card working?

It says it is using IRC 10 and has no jumper to configure it :(

Any hints?
