I tried a NEC 4x (I think 501) on my Indy and also without any success. A
Toshiba 3701 (6.7x) workes fine, though.

1. NEC CD-ROM Drives and an Indigo R3k...

Hey all,

Does anyone know:

a) What CD-ROM drives are compatible with an Indigo R3k
b) How to get an externally-mounted NEC 3Xi to work with the Indigo?
   When I try to mount it, I get the error message "Unknown CD-ROM
   may not work" or something to that effect.  Is there a patch
   available?
