Have you tried looking on Freshmeat <URL: http://www.freshmeat.org> or RPMFind
<URL: http://www.rpmfind.net/> ?

You probably have crypt (see: man crypt), but it is a C library, not a
command.  If you need to crypt a password you could either write a script
in Perl using its crypt function or use 'htpasswd' command that comes with
the apache webserver (see: man htpasswd).

CRYPT1.ZIP - UNIX crypt(1) command: a one-rotor machine designed along
the lines of Enigma, but considerably trivialized.
ftp.dsi.unimi.it:/pub/security/crypt/code/ucb-crypt.1.c.gz
ftp.dsi.unimi.it:/pub/security/crypt/code/bin-crypt.c.gz

If not found at these links, go to http://ftpsearch.lycos.com/ and make
a search for bin-crypt
