Who can me give information about Input from keyboard to
/dev/mouse.

E.g. Code-Sequence to move the cursor.
                (echo "*n" > /dev/mouse   <-- one from the Howtos)

The *n code is to _reset_ the mouse (which may indeed move the cursor!)

If you are using X, check your window manager's man page for keyboard
control of the cursor.  To emulate the mouse, start by looking at the
source code for something like gpm to see how it works.
