I was trying to compile NCSA Mosaic 2.7b4 on my Linux 1.2.13 with GCC 2.7.2.
Unfortunately it requires some /usr/include/X11/Xm/*.h libraries that don't
come with Slackware 3.0. The pre-compiled binary NCSA Mosaic 2.7b4 complains
that a library Xm*.a is missing. Is there a NCSA Mosaic that doesn't require
/usr/include/X11/Xm includes, or where does one get /usr/include/X11/Xm for
Linux?

You've downloaded a version that was dynamically linked against Motif,
which you don't have the run-time for. Have another look. There's a
version of Mosaic on the NCSA server that is statically linked with
Motif but dynamically linked with everything else. I've got it, runs
fine.
