Does anybody know if there's a master list of Linux User Groups anywhere? I'm
specifically looking for one in the Central Texas area.

You are lucky living in Austin, since there is a Linux group there (i am
thinking of starting one here in San Antonio).  Go to

http://www.ssc.com/lj

and look at their list of user groups, and you should see it there.
