On our RedHat 7.3 box, which used to be an earlier 7.X box, we have a
CVS server.
We used to be able to add users to the machine, and we never had to
worry about changing our CVSROOT/passwd file. I don't know how it
worked, but we used to create a user ID, and that user just had
instant access to CVS, and if they changed their password, the cvs
password was updated too.
At some point, we must have upgraded something, and this stopped
working. I don't know when.
Any ideas on how I can get this working again.
