I use asWedit - it doesn't have the bells and whistles of some Windows
based editors, but it suits me.

And what about a image manipulator? I'ven't still found a program that
cut a piece of image and create another with it... :|

I have installed a local HTTP server (Apache-1.1.1), Emacs-19.34 and the
latest version of asWedit (3.0). I'm running Netscape and Lynx as visual
references (i prefer web design with minimal or even no graphics).
Check out "ftp://ftp.fokus.gmd.de/pub/Linux/woven" for all this stuff.

The NASA has released a neat WYSIWYG HTML-Editor called Bulldozer (or
dozer).
Drawback is that it can't cope with tables.

INRIA and W3.org have one called Amaya than can cope with tables.
