1. Linux on Cyrix 486/40 DLC ...

Hi.

I tried installing Linux on some J-Mark Computers motherboards that use the
Cyrix 486/40 DLC (and 387/40 math copro) and I'm having some difficulties.
I have the latest Slackware set.  The diskettes have worked on a 386/33
before so I know it's not a bad boot disk.  I boot the machine with the a1
diskette and shows LILO coming up, uncompressing the kernel, the probes come
back and say they have found the serial and parallel ports and then the
machine hangs up.  I get no further output from Linux and the floppy drive
light stays on. I end up rebooting.

Has anyone tried installing Linux on a Cyrix 486DLC?  Any problems?  Any
suggestions?  Anything would be very helpfull at this stage  >:^7...

Thanks.
