KERNEL DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERS
Role
----
To work as members of a team of software engineers responsible for the
provision of Operating System / Kernel support for the Chameleon processor.
The team's work includes:
Support of 3rd party Realtime Operating System ports to Chameleon
Provision of a microkernel based "multi-media O/S"
Porting of "Unix" to Chameleon
Participating in Chameleon architecture review, support and verification
activities
Experience
----------
The candidates should have ideally 5+ years of experience in "system" software
design, implementation and porting, including some of the following:
Operating systems internals development
Microkernel porting
C and C++ programming
Unix familiarity
Kernel support for multi-media applications
The position will require a candidate with initiative who can work with
minimum supervision on challenging and complex areas of software development
