I have a few 3-5 meg text files that I want to edit using PICO. Never
had any trouble on other UNIX type OS's - when I load it in, PICO says
"loading" at that little status bar thingy, and then says "can't read 32
bytes"
Then it just hangs - and my disk drive churns and churns and churns. I
press ^x to exit, and it will exit - about ten minutes after pressing ^x.
I have 16 meg ram, and 16 meg swap file. Pentium 120.
What is the problem?
THANKS - PLEASE EMAIL - my access to news is limited...
