There are two, acting as sister groups:

Worcester Polytechnic Institute Linux Association (WPILA)
  http://beaver.wpi.edu/linux/
Primarily (officially?) a WPI student group

Worcester Linux User Group (WLUG)
  http://rob.acol.com/~wlug/
For all users.

Meetings are usually jointly held on the WPI campus, occurring the third
week of the month.

This month's meeting:
  Wednesday, March 18
  Kinnicutt Hall in Salisbury Labs
