I am running RedHat 4.1 with kernel 2.0.27 and emacs 19.34.
Recently I changed my keyboard to work with other hosts on
the network and in the process I had to use XKBDisable option
in /etc/X11/XF86Config. I have a uk 102 keyboard. Since then
I have noticed that emacs and mignight commander just do nothing.
Emacs displays no error messages and neither does mc.
I would be grateful for any ideas on this one.

I've installed 4.0-RELEASE..
should i a) wait for 4.1 and install it
or b) upgrade 4.0 to 4.1 using cvsup.
is there a difference? can something be missing when upgrading rather than
re-installing!?
