Normally that's you, the author, who's the web page maker!? Web pages
are written in a markup language called 'HTML'(HyperTextMarkupLanguage)
either using a normal text editor or a special HTML editor.
The HTML editor i personally prefer is 'asWedit 2.0' which can be obtained
via anonymous ftp at your friendly sunsite mirrorsite or wherever. Check it
out with archie.

tkHTML works fine under Linux.  So does the combo of Emacs/vi/MicroEmacs/etc. &
Netscape.

In comp.os.linux.misc,

Are any of these HTML3 compliant/compatible? For frames, at

I don't think so, but since my page maker of choice is a text editor
(crisp), I can't say for sure. You can check out the features of the
various programs via their listings on the Linux Apps Page:

Well, 'asWedit-2.0' does HTML3 for sure and well. About the others i don't
know.
At 'http://www.xnet.com/~blatura/linapps.shtml' is a link for each of these
editors home site.

Well, I'm working on a hypertext mode for emacs.  I've just started working
on a home page for it.  the url is
http://remus.rutgers.edu/~sanbeg/html/
The url is incomplete, though.  I'l probably finish it to coincide with the
next version of the mode.

I'm making a networking information site, www.fastethernet.net, and would
need good web designers for the Virtual Technical Documents Library
section (www.fastethernet.net/library). I could offer email aliases. If
anyone is interested, email me.
