by Has anyone had 1.2.13 of Slackware Linux (3.0) and upgraded to the new
Linux 2.0 kernel? If so, I wonder if you could point me in the direction of
how I could do this. Right now, Im still at 1.2.13 and I think there may be
merit to going to a new kernel (yes?). Anyone that has gone through
this...I would be grateful in knowing:
(1) Where did you get the new Linux 2.0 kernel?
(2) How did you go about installing it?
(3) What other changes (i.e. to X) did you have to make? Did you have to
upgrade other utilities, etc?
