Well, if the product is `for windows', it's not `for linux' !

Try it. The windows-emulator (WINE) is pretty good, WINOS2 should be better
in emulating, but it doesn't look very nice. (still MS-windows look).

You're claiming that openwin/xwindows apps look nicer? But, wine isn't
ready for visual basic yet. Judging from the latest release, you could
ask the question six months from now. It still is missing pieces of
gdi.exe, and is kludging bitblt functions that leave the welcome window
the wrong size in some programs. Given that most linux archives don't
even mention winos2, I'd be even more skeptical about its availability
and usefulness.
