inndstart can't bind -- What??

I just upgraded the Kernel from 1.1.59 to 1.2.6, and now innd s
having problems.

I get the following message in the /var/adm/syslog file:

Apr 26 17:00:45 odaiko inndstart: inndstart cant bind Address
                already in use

The /var/adm/messages file shows the following entries:

I have installed INN as per the FAQ's and all the readme's BUT the
above message is given via the syslog file everytime I try and
start it.
ie
/usr/lib/news/etc/rc.news
# prompt back
tail -f /usr/adm/syslog

innstart: inndstart can't bind address alread in use.

what does this mean, comments please to
