You might want to pick up June 1998 issue of "Linux Journal" which has a
nice write-up on the Palm Pilot.

Also LART your local recalcitrant bookstores for not having it available.

(Sorry for the tangent but I get pissed off about the lack of LJ

Actually, I didn't think it was that great of a write-up. It seemed
to be a walk through of the HOWTO. I was hoping for a bit more solid
information. Of course, as general introductions go, it was pretty
good. It's worth a read, but I wouldn't spend alot of effort
to get the issue if it's not readily available. The HOWTO is decent.
