80[3,4]86 Tech Refs?

I'm seraching for any documentation on the 80386 and Intel 80486 CPU's.  If
anyone knows of a good Technical Referance manual, please let me know.  I'm
also looking for books that deal with the architecture of the 386 and i486
computer systems.  Any such manuals would help me in my quest to understand
"The PC Architecture".

1. 80[1,2]86 assembler that runs on System V ver.2->3?

We are definitley looking for an assembler that runs under
ATT Unix V.2,3.  It must be able to take as input Intel opcodes and
optionaly generate as output transportable ascii hex.

We need to be able to do development for non Unix-based 80x86 micros on
SVR#.

Any pointers?

Thanks.
