1. Compression via VMS Data Compression/Expansion (DCX) Routines

Has someone written a program for the pc that will decompress a file
compressed using the VMS DCX Routines?
Also, has anyone written a program for the pc that will decompress a
file compressed using the berkeley compress utility?

Please respond via mail.
