I am not able to compile the shared libraries of Tcl/Tk without this
include file. I was wondering if anyone has this file and if so could
you post it.

I just solved a similar problem for myself. You can find dlfcn.h
on tsx-11.mit.edu in the ld.so package in the GCC directory. If you
have the Infomagic CD's, the package you want is on disk 6:
tsx-11/packages/GCC/ld.so.1.7.4.tar.gz, just extract dlfcn.h from it.
(I got it from here, so I don't know the exact path on tsx-11.mit.edu).
