Threaded-Debugger - Help please!!

Post by Klaus Reg » Thu, 26 Jun 1997 04:00:00

Hello all

as the Linux-Threads-FAQ says,
"In summary, it should not be impossible to get gdb to work
with LinuxThreads, but it's definitely not trivial."

But now I have to debug a Program using pthreads. So two questions
have to be answered:

- Is threre another phtreads-library, which runs with gdb?
- Are there other de*s, that support threads
- What is the status, making gdb threaded?

Thank you very much!

1. thread debugger (User threads)

Hi All,
I am looking for some debugger which can be used to debug multithreaded
program. If I am correct, gdb's multi-threaded version is not yet ready.
Any one has some pointers.?
Thanks.
