How to connect to database MS SQL Server 2000 from Linux machine.
Because I 'm use database MS SQL Server with
Window machine .
But now, I built a network include linux and
window machine .
I want to keep old database on MS SQL Server 2000.

With what? and for what pourposes?
If you just need to interrogate the database, you can use a Java
application and the Microsoft JDBC driver (even if they sucks).

I want to administrator for MS SQL Server from
Linux machine .How to?
Then ,I want to use PHP connect to MS SQL Server.
Can I do it?

IIRC, there are a lot of things that can't be done to MS SQL Server
except in the "Enterprise Manager" excuse for a tool.  If you need to
administer the thing remotely, look into TightVNC, set up an SSH tunnel,
and you can do it reasonably painlessly.

Help yourself!  Googling for "PHP MS SQL" returned a useful link in
English as the 9th hit.  This led to
http://php.benscom.com/manual/en/ref.sybase.php , which should at least
get you started.  It definitely works; I used a similar setup (with Perl
instead of PHP) to query a MS SQL Server box 1.2 years ago.

Yes.

First you need the FreeTDS libraries (www.freetds.org). Once you have that
installed you can build the sybase_ct module for PHP, and that should work fine.
