I just finished installing RedHat 5.1 without any problems, and I've got
a silly question on my hands.
What's the best way (only way?) to change the default compiler over to
egcs from gcc, now that egcs is included with RedHat? I compiled
WindowMaker 0.15.0 with the default setup, and everything is still setup
to use gcc, but I'd rather use egcs, since I've heard that it's cleaner
and more efficient. I'd like to be able to use egcs by default instead
of specifying it in every Makefile or configure script.
Thanks in advance,
Chris.
