You just stopped reading to quickly or you'd have seen the answer.
Per the rest of the sentence (quoted below), the answer is that it is
one of the top 25 universities located in Medford.  I'm actually a bit
surprised to find that there are 25 universities in Medford.
Hmm... maybe I misread it also.  On second reading, I'd say that it
claims to be one of the top 25 in the country that is located in
Medford.  My geography is too weak for me to recall what country that
would be...  obviously a country with a very high density of
universities if the whole country is in Medford.  One might further
guess that it is a country that uses a language similar to English,
but with a somewhat different punctuation style.  :-)

Job Description :

The Soil Survey and Land Research Centre (SSLRC) is a part of the School of Agriculture, Food
and Environment, Cranfield University and is a leading national and international centre for
research into soils and land management. The Centre is seeking to fill a vacancy for an Analyst /
Programmer at the Silsoe headquarters in Bedfordshire.

SSLRC is seeking an enthusiastic recent graduate to work in a small team on the development of
spatial applications in the environmental and utilities sectors. Applicants should have demonstrable
skills in GIS and structured programming. Experience of object orientation, C/C++, UNIX/Open
Systems, Oracle SQL, Structured Systems Analysis and Design Methodology (eg. SSADM) and
statistical analysis would be an advantage.

The computing environment for spatial aplications development is principally
AIX UNIX based. using the APIC and ARC/INFO GIS software platforms for which
training will be available. Applicants should have a degree in Computer
Science, Environmental or Earth Science, or other relevant discipline. The
position will be for one year in the first instance with good prospects for
permanency. The salary is negotiable in the range 14,860-24,113, depending
on age, qualifications and experience.
