Hello, Happy New Year!!
If I want change a User's UID, what should I change, passwd file,
anything else? SPARCStation 5 with solaris2.5.1.

If you want the user to be able to access his files then you need to
chmown all of his files too.

Try

find / -user <old_uid> -exec chown <new_user_name> {} \;

as root.

Note that you would probably want to use the -h option of chown.
Otherwise, if the user has a symbolic link that points to
e.g. /etc/passwd, the ownership of /etc/passwd will be changed
instead of the ownership of the link.
