gdb-4.17 on Solaris 2.6 cannot display C++ types (<incomplete type>)

Hello,

I am trying to use gdb4.17 on Solaris 2.6. I am using the SC4.2 SUN
compiler with the -xs and -g0 options.

When I try to debug a binary generated from C++ code, I cannot get gdb
to display the contents of variables. I get the following error:

<incomplete type>

I got the same result with distributions which I compiled and already
compiled packages.

Any ideas ?
