Subversion.

Get it from http://subversion.tigris.org/. Pre-compiled binaries for
Solaris are available from Blastwave (http://www.blastwave.org). A
great guide is available at http://svnbook.red-bean.com/, and you can
also purchase the book in hard copy form.

Okay.

SCCS, comes with Solaris.
RCS, at sunfreeware.com
CVS, check sourceforge.net

That's exactly what I use, and for that exact reason.  I used to use
RCS, but then moved to SCCS because it meant I didn't need to find and
install a package to put configuration files under source control on a
new install.
