Is there any command by which I can check that my box is on 64/32bit kernel?

If that command doesn't exist, you're presumably on a version of Solaris
prior to Solaris 7, which will be 32-bit only. Or you're not on Solaris
at all, in which case all bets are off (and you're in the wrong newsgroup).
Or the file got deleted somehow.
I have some 64-bit pre-installed AIX 4.3.3 RS/6000 44P machines.
How do I change this to 32-bit?
"lslpp -l bos.64bit" shows that the filesets are commited and "bootinfo -y"
11. 32/64 Bit OS
