Can you tell me where can I find gcc compiler (binary version) for Solaris 2.3 ? Or is that possible I cross-compile the gcc using SunOs 4.1.3? How can I do it ?

The last version of gcc is 2.5.8. I didn't find a 2.5.8 binary version.
You can install it once binaries work correctly. It's easy under Solaris 2.3.

We are attempting to link up two Solaris 2.3 networks via PPP and we are
running into some problems. The link initialy comes up and we are able to ping
