1. Firefox Prefs for ALL Solaris Users
Sorry, this is not "really" a Solaris specific question, but it relates
to my Solaris users. I may also be helpful for other Solaris admins.
I'm trying to ensure that ALL my new Firefox users get four customized
settings when they start Firefox for the first time.
I'm trying to avoid having user's manually do a about:config in their
Firefox or scripting it out in a start file.
For example, which /opt/firefox/ *.js file might I edit to have the
user's prefs.js file reflect the additional config statements when they
start FF for the first time? I've looked at firefox/defaults/
directory and tried some things, but they never seem to get pushed to
the user's newly created prefs.js file.
I want to add:
pref("network.http.pipelining", true);
pref("network.http.pipelining.maxrequests", 14);
pref("network.http.proxy.pipelining", true);
pref("nglayout.initialpaint.delay", 0);
