I got a root file system full message under solaris 2.4. When I did du -s,
it showed that / is only half used. But when I did du -k, it showed 0%
freed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This may be caused by a 'deleted' file still allocating space because it's
being written to by a currently running process. Use the ps command to see
whether there's anything suspicious which may be holding a file open or, I
suppose, you could reboot the machine.

1. 5.6 x86: file system full message, but file system not full!

        I keep getting this message:

May 29 18:32:50 saturn unix: NOTICE: realloccg /export/home: file system full

but the filesystem is NOT full! I have fsck'd it to be sure and
rebooted the system 2ce. Any clues?
