Can Gridware's "qmake" execute GNU makefiles ?
Unfortunately some software like Mozilla5 only builds with GNU Make...

Don't know,  but it's  probably good enough  to compile GNU  Make with..

Read the manual, if I'm not mistakenly remember there's an option to use
qmake to behave as GNU Make.

try:

qmake --
