I get this error when i execute netscape on my ultra450,

Xlib:conn to ":0.0" refused by server
Xlib:Client is not authorised to connect to server
Error:Can't open display :0.0.

What can be wrong?

You're running Netscape as root. Don't! Run it as an ordinary
user and it should work fine.

If you really must run it as root and you're not worried by the
security implications, do:

xhost +localhost

before starting Netscape.
