IPsec, solaris, and nortel contivity switch

The company I work for may switch to using nortel 'contivity' switches for
VPN services.

I think they are just using plain-old IPsec.

Has anyone successfully configured solaris 8 to talk to one of those boxes,
'by hand' ?

I know that there is A solaris-sparc client, from netlock:

http://www.netlock.com/products/datasheets/nortel_client_datasheet.html

However, that is sparc-only. I need to be able to connect from a
solx86 laptop.

If someone knows of a commercial solution for sol8 x86, thats fine too.
I'm just looking for *a* way to make it usable.
