Has anyone seen this type of error on the following platform and the Sun C
Compiler ??  The C program in question returns an integer from main and core
dumps with the error message below.  We replaced the return with an exit and
the error disappeared.  We ran the program in the de* with check -all
and it gets a segmentation fault on the return statement.

Platform: SunOS oscar 5.4 Generic_101945-36 sun4d sparc

reading symbolic information for prdbc301
core file header read successfully
core file read error: address 0xdf7f1de0 not in data space
error while reading shared library list
program terminated by signal SEGV (no mapping at the fault address)
(de*)

PLEASE SEND me e-mail instead of posting back an answer.

Thanx in advance,

We are having all sort of routines which are getting the oracle error
1002.  The routines are not "fetching out of sequence" or "selecting for
update".  Has anyone else had this problem?

Development:
        Sun C Compiler, OCI
Platform:
        SunOS oscar 5.4 Generic_101945-36 sun4d sparc
ORACLE:
        SQL*Plus: Release 3.1.3.7.1
        Oracle7 Server Release 7.1.6.2.0
        PL/SQL Release 2.1.6.2.0

PLEASE SEND me e-mail instead of posting back an answer.

Thanx in advance,

Sorry for the cross group postings.. not sure yet which groups
actually get results....

I desparetly need to know the method of obtaining the names of all
running processes and it's related dlls, memory, parent etc.

Under *gasp* OS/2 this was called pstat.

Thanks,

Phil
