Neither of them are Solaris, so you're asking the wrong people.
Try one of the comp.unix.sco.* newsgroups.

Use the scheme that SCO uses in its releases. The SMTK suite has details on
what it contains.
I just grabbed an old SCO diskette. First file in the tar archive is:
