If you want to run everything at full speed at the same time, a 33Mhz
bus _will_ limit performance. If you're just running the networks at
100Mbps (or even GigE without much traffic), and the SCSI ports are
just your boot disks, then 33Mhz will be fine.

1. E450 PCI bus speed - 33 or 66 MHz
Hi,
I was just wondering what's a clock of bus of my E450.
/usr/platform/sun4u/sbin/prtdiag
tells me its 33 MHz, which seems to be a bit slow
comparing to what www.sun.com says - where's 66 MHz ?
I checked dejanews and found something relevant like these posts:
http://x44.deja.com/[ST_rn=ps]/getdoc.xp?AN=427631820&CONTEXT=945252625.1057554433&hitnum=1
http://x44.deja.com/[ST_rn=ps]/getdoc.xp?AN=452812161&CONTEXT=945252625.1057554433&hitnum=3
but still I'm not sure - it is possible that prtdiag reports
clock for external ports, while the system uses 66 MHz for
internal ?
