I can't find 'make' on my system after I installed Solaris 8. I
installed it and all other CDs that came with the media kit.

Where is 'make' at?

/usr/ccs/bin

/usr/ccs/bin/make is in package SUNWsprot
system SUNWsprot Solaris Bundled tools

Note that it requires you to do a "full install", not End User.
