We are thinking of upgrading our 2 Sparc 10s running Solaris 2.3 to
Solaris 2.4. I wanted to check if this could prove to be a headache. Do I
have to recompile some of the indispensable applications like emacs, tcsh, gcc
xv, xmosaic etc. which seem to be running fine under Solaris 2.3?
Also, if there is a FAQ in connection with Solaris 2.3 to 2.4 upgrade
please let me know.
