Yes,
I mailed a warning about this a couple of weeks ago.
I had exactly the same problem and after speaking to Sun support I was
asked to roll back the patches because rmmount gets broken. A new patch
cluster should be out soon 106541-15 which is supposed to fix it.
However, if you can live with a non-working DVD drive 106541-14 offers
significant fixes including the E-cache sc* for the processors

: Hi there,
: I installed Solaris 7 on a 220R with a DVD drive and applied the
: Recommended patches. After this I cannot use the DVD drive. The
: patch causing this is the above mentioned one and I think the problem
: is the '/usr/sbin/rmmount'. Has anybody seen this before ? Any solution ?
