by I've got NIS+ running on a server running solaris 2.3 and am
trying to get SunOS 4.1.2 NIS clients to bind to that server.
The server is running in compatibility mode.
Here is my rpc.nisd command:
rpc.nisd -r -Y -S 0
When I reboot the 4.1.2 machines, they come up fine and
bind to the NIS+ server, but when I try to log on, I get the
following:

ld.so: call to undefined procedure _cbc_crypt from 0x643c

---------------------------
I can log on as root. From there, ypwhich gives me the server,
and I can do a ypmatch and receive correct info.
Has anyone run into this problem before?
