You can create subdomains inside your domain, with their own
zones/nameservers, or just have MX records for them, but, of course, if
you want to get mail for a non-existant domain, you have to create it (set
up a nameserver and register it with sri-nic or whoever that is that
handles the top-level domain you want to be in).
