Do user accounts and passwords used for PC NetLink synchronize with the
NIS accounts? The NetLink server would be on the same system as the NIS
server. Or do I have to keep separate accounts and passwords? Also, any
recommendations on the product. I have about 1000 users all with both PC
and UNIX accounts and would like to get them into a single password -
changeable from either environment.

Yes, you can synchronize accounts with the NIS-accounts, but NO, you
cannot synchronize the passwords. :((  You can keep separate accounts
and passwords, but if you have to give your users a new Netlink password,
you can also update your NIS with these new passwords...

No recommendations on the product yet. We're going to test it in about
3 weeks. I'm not quitte sure if the (single) password is changable from
either environment.
