Does anyone know if there are any 100mbit ethernet cards for VME?  If
not, are there any VME->SBus adapters?  I realize that VME couldn't
operate the card at full speed, but even half that would make it
worthwhile.

Get a 4/6x0.  It has SBUS on the CPU boards.
